Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

How to Request a Return

  • Eligible orders will display a Return button on the Order Page in your account.

  • Click the Return button to request a return.

  • Once approved, a prepaid return label containing the return address will be emailed to you within 1 business day.

  • Print the label, securely package the product, and attach the label to the package.

  • Drop off the package at your local post office.

 

Return Conditions

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
