ACT 1x2 DisplayPort 1.4 MST Splitter

Use the AC7720 DisplayPort 1.4 MST Splitter to split a single DisplayPort source to two DisplayPort output screens. With a bandwidth of 32.4Gbps, the splitter supports a maximum resolution of 8K@30Hz (SST) and 4K@60Hz (MST). Besides, the AC7720 supports MST daisy chaining for connecting additional DisplayPort monitors. The AC7720 features EDID auto negotiation, Dual Mode DisplayPort (DP++) support, a secure locked power connection, and includes detachable mounting brackets for flexible installation.

SST and MST support
The AC7720 supports both SST (Single Stream Transport) and MST (Multi Stream Transport). Use SST mode to mirror the same content on both connected displays (up to 8K@30Hz). Switch to MST mode to extend your desktop across two screens (up to 4K@60Hz per display, depending on total bandwidth and source capabilities).

MST daisy chaining
Supports MST daisy chaining for connecting additional DisplayPort monitors. The bandwidth is shared among the connected displays. The maximum showed resolution per display depends on the available bandwidth.

Dual-Mode DisplayPort DP++ support
The DisplayPort splitter is suitable for use with a passive DisplayPort to HDMI/DVI adapter to connect an HDMI/DVI monitor.

EDID auto negotiation
The AC7720 supports EDID (Extended Display Identification Data) negotiation to ensure correct resolution and communication between the source device and all connected monitors.

Prevent accidental power cord disconnection
The power connection on the splitter is secured with a screw lock to prevent accidental disconnection.

Additional features
The AC7720 supports 5.1 channel audio and includes detachable mounting brackets for flexible wall or desk installation.
